These Terms govern your use of soft1-syncerp ("the Service"), a connector operated by ByteBee that lets an authorized company query its own Softone ERP data through Claude. By creating an account or connecting the Service, you agree to these Terms.
soft1-syncerp is a multi-tenant SaaS connector. Each company ("you") connects its own Softone installation by providing its own Softone credentials. The Service relays read requests between Claude and your Softone ERP, and — only where you explicitly enable write access — relays create/update requests, each of which requires your confirmation in Claude before execution.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the Softone credentials you provide, for keeping your account passwords secure, and for the actions of the users you add (up to your plan's seat limit). You must be authorized to access the Softone data you connect.
You agree not to use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to violate any applicable law. The Service connects only to your own Softone ERP and does not perform cross-service automation.
A free trial is provided (a limited number of tool calls, one user). Full access is offered on a paid subscription (annual) with optional additional user seats (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Viva; we do not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; you authorize the recurring charge when you subscribe. Prices are as shown in the panel at the time of purchase. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is read-oriented and does not persist your ERP content; data fetched from Softone is streamed to your Claude session in real time. Stored data and our handling of it are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features, pricing, or these Terms; material changes will be notified via the panel or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is". Write actions (e.g. creating a document or updating a customer) execute against your live ERP at your direction and after your confirmation; you are responsible for reviewing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteBee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the panel; deleting a user revokes its access immediately. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
